MDV Robuskin® – The synthetic paper

Our synthetic papers and substrates, based on different plastic films, are registered under a common trademark known as Robuskin®. Examples are:

  • Polyethylend (PE; HDPE)
  • Polypropylend (PP)
  • Polyolefin (XTP)
  • Polyester (PET)
  • Polyvinylchlorid (PVC)

The user can print on one side or on both sides, just like paper, because the one- or double-side coated substrates enable the surface to be printed like a paper surface.


Uncoated (ECO) types, which require film or UV curing inks, are also included in our range.

 

All types are thermal transfer printable.

 

Robuskin® films are generally recyclable, provided that they have been properly prepared and cleaned.
